OIL OF RELEASE

OIL OF RELEASE
Tributes of highway
and complex
Bear the names of two men
Who incited riots at Apex

And companies by which
Oil haemorrhaged
To the home of the brave
And  throne of Royalty
From this once Crown Colony

No more a  Butler
at London's palace
Or a Cola
in the line-up of benefits
This nation pays hommage

To these two men
And their dugout
tributaries
To flow Oil money
to local employees

And  without shovel or hoe
Without arrow or bow
This worker-warrior
movement

United and ignited
Fights for Freedom
And employee rights

From Oil spillage
