SCARLET WINGS

On scarlet wings
Expenditure clings

And soars the sky

Like Ibis

Rising high, high

Like gases

Over Point Lisas

Until they disappear

Without a trace

On Scarlet I-sis

Budget increases

By the millions

Building pavilions

With vanished

 Justifications

And vaporized

 Questions

In Scarlet flocks

Carnival Fete Tickets

Do million dollar wines

In mid air

Then gives all Clear

 Resignations to probes

And La Can coverage

And created  safety threats

To audit frets
