SUBSIDY SOLACE

Everyone loves subsidies

But riot rights

Should not be

based on these

Closed airports

Dangerous suburbs

Nor burning cities

For in the solace zone

Of subsidies

There is reduced

investments in energy

Plus energy 

less expensive

Creates smuggling 

incentives

Everyone loves subsidies

But riot rights

Should not be

based on these

With less resources

to invest

And crowding-out

Effects

In the solace zone

Of under pricing

Over-consumption

Keeps  on rising

And if international

prices fall

There is no room for

buffer savings at all

Everyone loves subsidies

But riot rights

Should not be

based on these

Considering the

Gaps in prices 

And all  other 

support devices

Yet Haiti-land 

Pays a price

For having paid a price

So everyone

could live nice

Whilst Trini-land

Pays a Price

To maintain a price

So all can enjoy

This subsidy paradise
